Elephants & Rice

Half an hour of rice throwing pleasure. A wonderful way to pass a drawn out afternoon, waiting for Daddy's arrival home.

    1. The feel of the nice cool, silky rice is so lovely Claire. She loved sifting it through her fingers and pouring it over her bare legs {and, yes, her eyes are divine... certainly doesn't take after me in that regard!} :-)

  2. Rice play! How could I have forgotten such a wonderful activity. I've been out of the classroom too long now. And aren't those Schleich animals just the best?! Be careful though...they're addictive! Hope you have a gorgeous week :) x

    1. I'm also looking forward to using rock salt with her when she's a little older Steph, adding polar animals for "snow" or for a moon scape with astronauts and rocket ships. My kindergarteners used to love it! {Kindergarten is the first formal year of school here in Tassie}. Our collection of Schleich is rapidly growing. We love them, so yes, very addictive! Hope your week with your precious little delights is fabulous too xxx
