43/52 {The Rehearsal Edition}

A portrait of my little wren, once a week, every week, in 2013

Sage - trialling your new {old - $35!} 'big girl' bed. I think this is as close to "sleeping" in it as we'll get for a while to come.

This week I visited lovely Katie over at See You There and adored her perspective of sweet Maile, surrounded by the vibrancy of Autumn {and an utterly gorgeous frock!}

42/52 {The Cooling-Off Edition}

A portrait of my little wren, once a week, every week, in 2013

Sage - enjoying your first ice cream of the season {finally  we have sunshine - for now!}

My darling friend Steph captured my favourite portraits this week, featured on her most ethereal, calming space, This Brown Wren. Sweet Bijou, wading angelically through dark seas and inquisitive Remy, ever the little explorer, had me yearning for more days spent with these beautiful souls.

41/52 {The Kissing Booth Edition}

A portrait of my little wren, once a week, every week, in 2013

Sage - giving your Daddy a smooch at Anver's Chocolate Factory... a moment even sweeter than all of the fudge we devoured!

Loving Lou's portraits of her darling boys, Jody and Archie, this week.

40/52 {The Mud Pit Edition}

A portrait of my little wren, once a week, every week, in 2013

Sage - we've emptied three of our four raised garden beds, ready for Spring planting. One is going to remain as your permanent mud pit after we saw the utter delight in your eyes today.

My favourite portraits of the week were captured by the creator of the 52 Project herself - the beautiful Jodi of Che and FidelHer images of Che, cloaked in bungalow filtered light, and Poet - a wise, reflective little soul, encircled by the endless green of rice paddies - had me reminiscing about our own, carefree Bali adventures... which now seem a lifetime ago.
